🌿 What is coaching and who is a coach?

A coach is not a doctor or psychologist. Coaching is a "lighter" form of support, focused on finding solutions and looking positively into the future.
A coach will not tell you what to do (because no one really knows the answers better than you).
All the answers are within you – the coach only helps you “fish them out” and bring them to the surface with the right questions.

A coach supports you in finding your own path. They do not judge, criticize, or impose solutions.
You don't have to worry that anyone will judge you - in coaching everything takes place in an atmosphere of full acceptance and trust.

The coaching I offer is focused on oplossingsgericht coaching – that is, it focuses on solutions and what lies ahead of you, rather than on dwelling on the past.
It's a positive, supportive approach that gives you the space to find answers on your own and move forward.

Coaching is a process that helps you get to know yourself better, understand what you really want and what may be blocking you.
A coach does not provide ready-made answers, but asks the right questions and accompanies you in discovering your own path.

With coaching you can:
– look at your situation from a new perspective,
– define goals and start achieving them,
– build self-confidence,
– find balance in your professional and personal life,
– implement changes – step by step,

– get to know your true self and your limits,

– work through emotions and crisis situations and much more...

🌸 What does holistic coaching mean? “Coaching that sees the whole you”

The word “holistic” comes from the Greek “holos” meaning whole.
Nowadays, we often focus only on the head and thoughts (this is the "male" energy of action and control), but a human being is much more than just the mind. 😊

The holistic approach takes into account:
💫 The body – which carries everything within itself and which is worth taking care of,
💫 Emotions and feelings – this “female” energy that is so often missing and which is extremely important,
💫 Soul – if you believe in it (I do!),
💫 And our life purpose – why we are here and what gives us a true sense of fulfillment.

In holistic coaching, we look at you as whole – not only through the prism of thought, but also body, emotions and spirituality. Because only in balance can we feel truly good and happy.

Holistic coaching is an approach that looks at the person holistically – not only at thoughts and goals, but also at emotions, body, values and relationships.
We believe that everything is connected – and to make a real difference, it pays to look deeper.

In holistic sessions, we work not only with “what needs to be done,” but also with what you feel, what strengthens you and what weakens you. It is a gentle but very effective path to change.
