📄 Terms of Cooperation – Life & Support Coaching

1. Scope of Services
Life & Support Coaching offers:
– Individual coaching (personal and/or spiritual development)
– Practical support, including:
 • administrative help (forms, letters, translations)
 • job search assistance (CV, cover letter, job interview preparation)
 • guidance with settling in the Netherlands (contact with authorities, paperwork)

2. Responsibility and Role of the Client
The client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and the results of the process.
The coach supports, asks questions, and accompanies the development process, but does not make decisions on behalf of the client.
The client sets the direction and pace of the coaching process.
“You take the action – I support you in it.”

3. Scope of Competence
Life & Support Coaching does not offer therapeutic or psychological services.
The coach is not a psychologist or therapist.
If needed, the client should consult a qualified professional.

4. Confidentiality
Everything shared during sessions remains confidential.
Exceptions apply only in situations where there is a legal obligation to disclose information.

5. Payment and Conditions
– Individual coaching: €60 / 60–90 minutes
– Practical support: €60 / hour
– Payment by bank transfer or cash, no later than on the day of the service

– Life & Support Coaching operates under the KOR – exempt from VAT.

6. Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling a session is possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Full cancellation is not possible. If the change is requested later, the full fee for the session applies.

7. Applicable Law
Dutch law applies in all matters not specifically addressed.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

1. All materials published on the Life & Support Coaching website (including texts, graphics, logo, service descriptions, educational materials, and others) are the intellectual property of the website owner.

2. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using these contents for commercial purposes without the written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited.

3. The client has the right to use the materials provided as part of the services solely for personal purposes
