📄 Terms and Conditions – Life & Support Coaching

1. Scope of services

Life & Support Coaching offers:
– Individual coaching / personal development sessions (personal growth, support in life changes and everyday challenges)
– Support for foreigners in the Netherlands, including:
 • administrative and language support (forms, letters, translations)
 • assistance with job searching (CV, cover letter, job interview preparation)
 • support with adaptation and integration in the Netherlands

2. Responsibility and client’s role

The client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and the outcomes of the process.
The Coach/Mentor supports, asks questions, and accompanies the client in the process of change and personal development, but does not make decisions on behalf of the client.
The client sets the direction of the coaching process and determines its pace.
“You take the actions, and I support you along the way.”

3. Scope of competence

Life & Support Coaching does not provide therapeutic or psychological services.
The Coach is not a psychologist or therapist.
If necessary, the client should consult an appropriate qualified specialist.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential.
Exceptions apply only in cases where disclosure is required by law.

5. Payments and conditions

– Individual coaching session: €60 / 60–90 minutes
– Practical support: €60 / hour
– Payment by bank transfer or cash, no later than on the day of the service

– The company operates under the Small Businesses Scheme (KOR) and is exempt from VAT.

6. Appointment cancellation

Rescheduling an appointment is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellation of a session is not possible. In case of late changes, the full session fee applies.

7. Applicable law

In matters not regulated herein, Dutch law shall apply.

8. Copyright and intellectual property

All materials published on the Life & Support Coaching website (including texts, graphics, logo, service descriptions, educational materials, and other content) constitute the intellectual property of the website owner.

Copying, distributing, modifying, or using these materials for commercial purposes without written consent is prohibited.

The client may use materials provided as part of the services exclusively for personal use.

Summary

You are responsible for your own process of growth and change.
As a Coach/Mentor, I accompany you with full commitment — but you are the creator of your change.
