From a passion for help and development

Hi, my name is Patrycja!

​

I was born in Poland, where I lived until the age of 26.
Since 2012, I have been living in the Netherlands — and changing countries has become one of the most important experiences in my personal development.

​

Living in another country taught me to look at myself
and at life from different perspectives — cultural, linguistic
and personal.
I have personally gone through periods of change, confusion,
making decisions influenced by others’ expectations
and a gradual return to myself.

​

These experiences are the reason why today I support people
who are at an important moment in their lives —
in change, growth, crisis or when they feel unhappy
and want to change something in their life.

First, I had to find my own direction and learn how to live in alignment with myself — that is why I understand.

Accompanying others in their processes of change, growth
and building a more conscious life gives me deep fulfillment.

In my work, I am guided by values such as freedom, truth,
authenticity and being yourself — because I believe
that these values lead to meaning, fulfillment and inner peace.

I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Poland
and in the Netherlands I passed the Dutch state language exam NT2 (Program II, B2 level).

In the Netherlands, I also completed a two-year post-HBO program in Holistic Coaching.

I see personal and spiritual development as a lifelong process
and continue to deepen it through courses, webinars
and personal practice.

Alongside life support, I also offer practical assistance and support with adaptation and integration for foreigners living in the Netherlands — because I have personally experienced the process of changing countries and understand both the challenges it involves and the opportunities for growth it can bring.

​

My intention is to support people so that they do not only
“cope in order to survive”, but can grow, strengthen themselves
and consciously shape their lives in alignment with who they are — regardless of where they come from or where they are currently living.

That is why I work online, offering support that is accessible from anywhere.
