✨ From the Positive Side:40 years old – the moment when real life finally begins…

🌟 Turning 40 – a new beginning 🌟

People are afraid of aging — especially women 😉

Wrinkles, a changing body…

But you know what?

Did you know that the number 4 symbolizes stability, foundation and awareness?

It’s the moment when you begin to truly understand who you are and what you really want from life 💫

They say that only after the age of 33 — and sometimes after 40 or even 50 — we begin to discover who we truly are and why we came here 🌙

In Poland people often talk about a “mid-life crisis” (usually between 42 and 49).

Sounds scary, right? 😅

But if you look deeper, all it really means is that this is the time when we finally start living our own life instead of someone else’s.

👨‍👩‍🏫 Family, teachers, society — they all taught us to be polite, agreeable, well-behaved, to fit in, to make others happy, to wear masks and study hard “to get a good job”…

But somewhere along the way, we were taught to forget about ourselves.

I’m not saying we should be rude 😉But we were taught to limit our own personality just to fit into the expectations of others.

Oh, I could write about this forever! ✍️

But let’s get to the point — after 40 you begin to know yourself better. You feel more clearly what you truly want, not what “you’re supposed to want”.(Yes, the classic “what will people think?” 🙃)

You start following your feelings, trusting yourself more, taking off the masks and simply wanting to be yourself — your real, authentic self. 💖

And you know what? You have every right to do so. Because that’s exactly why you came here — to be fully yourself and to find your soul’s purpose 🌌

You no longer want to live someone else’s life — you want to live your own.

Of course, decisions made after 40 can sometimes upset people 😏

And then you hear:

“she/he has gone crazy!”,

“must be menopause / andropause”,

“classic mid-life crisis!”

But that person is simply starting to live in alignment with themselves — no longer doing what others expect or what “looks proper”.

And that brings freedom, flow and fulfilment

✨Because truth is always the most important.

🌈 Forty is not the end of youth — it’s the beginning of real life. 💛
