👉 No-Bullshit Coaching: What is holistic coaching?

⭐ 1. “Coaching? Isn’t that just motivational blah-blah…?”


Let’s be honest for a moment. In Poland, the word coaching doesn’t have the best reputation.In the Netherlands? It’s the complete opposite. 🤷‍♀️

And that’s a shame, because real coaching has NOTHING to do with:

❌ cheesy motivation

❌ “believe in yourself and the universe will reward you”

❌ TikTok pseudo-gurus

❌ spiritual nonsense or magical thinking


And definitely NOTHING to do with people who:

• call themselves “coach” after one webinar (the weekend-coach phenomenon)

• have no psychological or emotional training

• sell “motivation” instead of real support

When coaching is done professionally, ethically, and holistically —it becomes a powerful tool for personal change.


🌸 2. How is coaching different from therapy or psychology?


Psychologist / therapist:

✔️ works with the past

✔️ helps process trauma

✔️ diagnoses disorders

✔️ supports depression, anxiety, and mental health crises


Their work is deep, essential, and cannot be replaced by coaching.


Coach (trained, ethical, holistic):


✔️ works with the present and future

✔️ focuses on solutions

✔️ does not diagnose

✔️ does not judge or criticize

✔️ does not tell you what to do

✔️ does not “heal”

✔️ supports change and growth

✔️ helps you find clarity, direction, purpose

✔️ reconnects you with your intuition

✔️ helps you rediscover your identity and authenticity

✔️ guides you out of inner “stuckness” or life crossroads


➡️ A coach does NOT replace a therapist.

➡️ They’re not competitors.

➡️ Many people finish therapy and then start coaching —to build a new chapter of life step by step.


🌿 3. What is holistic coaching?


“Coaching that sees all of You.”


The word holistic comes from the Greek holos — “whole”.

Most people live only from the head: logic, thinking, control.(Typically “masculine” energy.)

But a human being is much more than the mind. 😊


Holistic coaching includes:

💫 The body — which remembers everything and sends signals

💫 Emotions and intuition — the “feminine” inner wisdom

💫 The soul — if you believe in it (I do!)

💫 Your purpose & values — what gives meaning and fulfillment


That's why in holistic coaching we explore:

– what you feel– how your body reacts– where fear sits– what you truly want– what blocks you– what your energy looks like– where your soul wants to lead you


Because you cannot change your life with logic alone.If you could… you’d already be doing all the things you “should”.But you are not — because every person is different.


⭐ 4. “Is coaching just empty talk?”


Short answer:

❌ No.Long answer:

❌❌❌ Absolutely not — when done professionally.


A real coach:

• doesn’t tell you what to do

• doesn’t impose their vision

• doesn’t play the “guru” role

• doesn’t create Instagram-perfect fantasies


A coach is someone who asks the kind of questionsyou would never ask yourself.

And suddenly you go:


“Wow… I never saw it that way.”

That is the essence of coaching.


🌙 5. What does an individual session look like?


This is how sessions with me work:

🌿 60 minutes (max 90) fully focused on YOU

🌿 your pace, your truth, your emotions

🌿 no judgment

🌿 no pressure

🌿 no fake motivation

🌿 empathy, grounding, and calm energy

🌿 my knowledge from Holistic Coaching (HBO), ThetaHealing, psychology, emotional work, intuition, spirituality, and my own personal development

🌿 deeper than traditional coaching, but lighter than therapy


In practice we:

✔️ name emotions

✔️ look for true desires

✔️ unpack fears

✔️ identify what blocks you

✔️ find direction and solutions

✔️ build inner strength and peace

🌱 6. How many sessions do you need?


It depends on your story.


1 session — a small insight, but surface-level

3 sessions — first steps, first changes

5 sessions — a real process begins

10 sessions — deep transformation


Coaching works like untangling a life-ball of wool.Slowly. Gently. Step by step.


🔥 7. When does coaching work?


Coaching works when you:

✔️ want change, but don’t know how

✔️ want to take action

✔️ want to understand yourself

✔️ are honest with yourself

✔️ are ready to go deeper

✔️ feel: “something is calling me… I can’t live like this anymore”


🌧️ 8. When does coaching NOT work?


❌ when you want ready-made solutions

❌ when you expect someone to tell you what to do

❌ when you want fast results

❌ when you’re in deep depression or a mental health crisis (that’s therapy time)

❌ when you want a coach to “fix you” (only YOU can heal yourself)


A coach is not a magician.A coach is a companion on your journey.

✔️ people who finished therapy and want to build a new life

✔️ people who feel lost

✔️ people who feel stuck

✔️ sensitive, intuitive, awakened people

✔️ those longing to live authentically

✔️ people in life transitions or crises

✔️ people who feel: “there must be more”

✔️ people ready for personal growth and a better life


Most importantly:

👉 Coaching is for people who don’t want to walk through life alone.


🌷 10. Final thought: you don’t need to know what you need.


Truly.All you need is a feeling that:
